Exhibition and publication
The Goethe-Institut may hold an exhibition of the proposals (winners or not), citing their origin and authorship. The Goethe-Institut may also publish the works presented in paper or digital format under the same conditions established for the exhibition. All participants in the competition grant the Goethe-Institut the right to exhibit and publish their works although the authors may exhibit or publish them at their own expense.

The authors and co-authors will retain the intellectual property of the works submitted (authorship, originality of the work and full exercise of the rights granted as indicated in these terms and conditions).
Data protection
The Goethe-Institut complies with the legal provisions on data protection. In compliance with the provisions of Art. 5 of the Ley Orgánica (Organic Law) 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data provided by participants may be included in an automated file under the responsibility of the Goethe-Institut for the purpose of facilitating communications and exchanges of information with all those persons and entities whose competences and functions are related to the organisation of the selection process. No data will be passed on to third parties for other purposes. Participants may at any time request information about the data stored at the Goethe-Institut. Participants may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion and objection by writing to these institutions.
Final provision
The submission of a project proposal implies full acceptance of these rules and the decision of the selection committee.
