1. Who are the events aimed at?
The project is aimed at third-country nationals in Germany and about to enter Germany. You can register if you are a third-country national and one of these options applies to you. Students are not part of the target group.
- Residence permit (Aufenthaltserlaubnis) valid for at least one year OR for more than 18 months with one of the following purposes of residence - can be seen under remarks (Anmerkungen) on the residence permit: sections 16a (1), 16a (3), 16d, 17 (1), 18a, 18b, 19c (1-3), 20, 21, 28, 29 or 30 Residence Act
- EU Blue Card (Blaue Karte EU) with purpose of residence according to the sections 18b (2) or 18g Residence Act
- Visa application OR D visa with one of the above-mentioned purposes of stay (NOT for studies, language course, internship or au pair programme)
- Residence permit according to section 24 (1) Residence Act (Residence permit for temporary protection)
2. Why do I have to show my residence permit/visa/visa application/EU Blue Card?
The project is co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), which is why we need these documents to document the project. In order for us to be able to offer free events for newly arrived third-country nationals, it is important that we receive proof from all participants in our events.
3 What happens to my data?
Your data will only be stored for documentation purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. Detailed information can be found in the information on the GDPR.
4. Can I take part in several events?
Yes, if more people register for an event than there are places available, priority will be given to those who have not previously attended an event.
